A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of booking is required at time of booking.
Stays of 7 nights or more recieve 7% discount on above prices. (on direct telephone bookings only)
There is a 2 night minimum stay during low season and longer minimums during high season and bank holidays.
We do not accept pets.
We do not cater for children under the age of 15 years.
We do not accept stag, hen or group bookings.
We are 100% non smoking throughout
Wifi is available throughout most of the building and we offer free internet access in the residents lounge.
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival, if an earlier check- in is required it must be authorised by prior arrangement with either Carol or Andy.
Terms and conditions
Any booking amended, altered or cancelled wil incur an administration charge of £20.00.
Any booking cancelled with 7 days or more notice there is no further charge,if a booking is cancelled with less than 7 days notice then a further 25% of the total cost of the booking will be taken plus the administration charge.
