Torquay Accommodation Terms & Conditions

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day on the day of arrival,in some cases it may be possible to leave your luggage and or check in earlier but this is by prior arrangement only.Guest are asked to vacate their rooms by 10.30 on the day of departure.
The Elmdene operates a 100% non smoking policy throughout the building,guest to fail to adhere to this and smoke in their rooms may subject to a £50.00 cleaning charge.

When making a booking a non- refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking, the balance is due on arrival. If paying by cheque we must receive the cheque 5 days prior to arrival. If paying by credit card there is a 2% charge, there is no charge for debit cards. Rooms can only be held for 7 days without a deposit

We do not accept any single sex, stag, hen or group bookings, any bookings made of this nature will cancelled without a refund. We are unable to cater for children under the age of 12 years.

Bookings which are cancelled with 5 days notice or less will be charged 50% of the total cost of the booking, A no show will be charged 100% of the cost of the booking we strongly recommend that you take out separate holiday insurance.
